Sales to the Public
Philproof will respond with an email stating total cost and methods of payment. All prices EXCLUDE New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 15% and the total payable will be based on product plus freight plus GST
Freight

Freight will be charged at cost and added to order value, RD is an additional sticker

Small orders will be sent via Parcel Post or Courier freight. Please supply a drop off address, preferably a non RD location plus contact phone number.

If you live at an RD address can you supply another NON RD delivery address in town / family etc to save on courier costs?

Larger orders will be despatched on a pallet via our nominated Transport Company.

Due to fluctuation of New Zealand dollar and surcharges in freight costs, Philproof can change prices without notice at any time. Philproof cannot guarantee that all products will always be available when you place your order, where product is available your order will be despatched within 24 hours ex warehouse. Where some product is not available your order will be held until all items are to hand, there are no part shipments. Philproof reserves the right to limit the number of sale items purchased per customer
Romalpa Clause
All goods remain the property of Philproof until paid for in full.
International Sales
Philproof will export products that are not chemical based Internationally. Please contact us here for information or a quote on any products that you may require.
